Taking the Next step

Around 5 months ago I tried to convince my boss that we should migrate to Nextjs, he gave me 2 days to put together a slideshow to try and convince the team (spoiler- it worked!). This talk has 2 parts- the first part is the slideshow that convinced my team, and the other part is the plan we came up with for an incremental migration.
